| Obituary of ERVIN FOTH |
| Ervin Foth, 87, retired Harvey County
Highway Department maintenance foreman, died Jan. 11 at Halstead Hospital. Services were held Jan. 14 at Grace Community Church, Newton, with pastors David Reimer and Steve Friesen officiating. Burial was at Walton Cemetery. He was born July 27, 1912, to Henry Foth and Anna Heir in Hillsboro. On Nov. 28, 1937, he was married to Laura Peters, who survives him. Survivors include sons, Kenneth of Osage City and Edward of Newton; daughters, Delores Stika of Marion, Lois Prewit of El Dorado and Margie Heidel of Newton; 10 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 19 step-great-grandchildren and nine step-great-great-grandchildren. Memorial funds have been established for Gideons International and the building fund at Grace Community Church in care of Broadway Colonial Funeral Home. |
