The State Board of Agriculture conducted a census of the state in 1895.
The 1895 census lists:
all members of household by name
including age
sex
race or color
state or country of birth
where from to Kansas (state or country)
military record (condition of discharge, state of enlistment, letter or name of company or command, number of regiment or other organization to which attached, arm of the service, and name of military prison if confined in one)
Deaf and Dumb, Blind, Idiotic, and Insane people are also listed in Schedule II (at the end of each listing)
The above information was obtained through the Kansas State Historical Society.

Eden Township - I believe this is what is now Fowler Township but need to do some research to verify that.
