Valley
Falls, Kansas is a beautiful
community located in a very central part of northeast Kansas.
We are close to Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City. We have a wonderful school system, a public
swimming pool and a park with tennis courts.
There are seven churches in town.
We have a local newspaper, The Vindicator, publishing a newspaper once
per week. We have a population of around 1200 people.
If you are interested in learning more about the computer and/or the Internet
please come in and make arrangements for free lessons.
Through Interlibrary Loan we can get about any book that you might need or want
that we don't have. It doesn't cost you a cent. With the computer
we can now request the book or books online and they come in a quick time.
Give us a try.
One really good homework site that we would like to suggest is http://www.kidsclick.org . Librarians
have set up this site and one of the best features is the Foreign Language
spot. Try it out.
