Harvey County Rural Water District No. 1 is a Rural Water District that furnished rural water to it’s customers in Eastern Harvey County, Northeast Marion County, Southwest Butler County and the Northeast corner of Sedgwick County. Our water is ground water that comes from Water Wells in the Equus Beds in Harvey County and not surface water. We furnish Quality Water to our Customers in areas that suffer from poor quality water at a reasonable cost. The District is owned by it’s members. To become a member and apply for water you need to contact our office.
