Do you have photos you would like to share from your 2007 Kansas Reads to Preschoolers About Safety activities?

It's easy to contribute, just follow the simple instructions below... it takes less than one minute to load a photo!

  1. If you do not have the Kansas Library Flickr.com account User Name & Password contact  program director Vikki Jo Stewart  ► vikkijo@Kslib.info
     

  2. Go to www.flickr.com Select & Click: SIGN IN.  OR, if you are already viewing images at the Flickr site, you can click on the Sign In button located at the - top right corner - of the Flickr page.  Once at the Sign In page APPLY the User Name & Password where directed... our Flickr account page will open...
     

  3. Select & Click: UPLOAD
     

  4. Select & Click: CHOOSE PHOTOS -- a small window opens that will allow you to select your photo(s) files from your computer files (you will have to locate where you photos are stored).  If adding more than one photo, select the Add More option - repeat as needed. When you have finished selecting your photo(s)...
     

  5. Select & Click: UPLOAD PHOTOS -- a visible graphic shows progress of your upload; it won't take very long.
     

  6. Select & Click: Finished DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTO(S) -- another page opens...
     

  7. Important! See Add A Set... click the small arrow in the green box, then Select & Click: 2007 PHOTOS -- you must do this to insure that your photos are directed to the correct storage area for viewing.
     

  8. Scroll down
    -- See Title: Type in a title for your photo
    -- See Description: (Optional) If you choose, briefly describe / provide details about the photo.
     

  9. Select & Click: SAVE THIS BATCH -- That's it! You've successfully loaded a photo to Flickr for all to view!
