Read-A-Lunch:  2008 Quarterly Book Discussions

Come join your colleagues from the South Central Kansas Library System for "READ-A-LUNCH 2008"!  Offered on a quarterly basis, you are welcome to attend as many of the discussions as you would like.  SCKLS will provide a copy of the book and you are responsible for your lunch.

 

Tuesday, May 13, 2008 - 11:30-1:00 p.m. Larry Papenfuss, SCKLS Technology Coordinator featured book: "The Computers Blank Book"
 

Join Larry Pappenfuss, SCKLS Automation and Technology Coordinator as the discussion group delves into "The Computers Blank Book:  The World's First and Only Computer Book that Will NEVER be Obsolete.  Although written in 1997 by Dablia Porter, this thought provoking book with companion blank CD is still years ahead of the technology curve.  Don't miss out on this emerging 3.0 look at technology in the library.  By May 5, 2008 please notify SCKLS office if you are interested in participating in this book discussion.  Used copies of the book will be delivered to you.  Lunch will be catered for $7.50 or you may bring a brown bag lunch.
