Bio

George Brandsberg is a native of South Dakota who received a B. A. degree from the University of South Dakota and an M. S. from Iowa State University. He worked as a reporter and editor for newspapers, wrote for advertising and public relations firms, and was a faculty member of Kansas State University for 23 years before he retired in 2000. He has published more than 100 articles in national magazines, four nonfiction books and one novel. Besides writing, he and his wife enjoy traveling and family activities.
