To publish your information on the World Wide Web and the Blue Skyways server, there's a set of skills you'll need to be comfortable with, plus a few pieces of key software.
Skills
You'll need to know the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), to be able to publish Web documents. Don't worry! It's easy and fun and there's lots of help to be had. Contact your local public library to find out when HTML training will occur next in your region. Follow the links below, or do a simple Internet search for 'HTML' and 'tutorials.'

If you're not into learning HTML, get a WYSISYG ("What You See Is What You Get") HTML editor. There's plenty out there, including Microsoft's FrontPage and Macromedia's DreamWeaver.
Software Needed
In addition to knowing HTML, you'll also need a few pieces of software to be able to manage your Skyways account and upload files to the Skyways server. Some HTML or WYSISYG editors have these functions as part of their tool set, some don't. Along with a web browser, your Internet Service Provider might have given you the software when you got an account.
