Computer Applications

This class is designed for grades 9 through 12.  In this class, the student will learn to use computer application software. Emphasis will be on Microsoft Office to do word processing, the electronic spreadsheet, and slide presentations. The students will be exposed to the use of multimedia software. Software application will be updated periodically. Office will include time on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Students will also use the internet for special projects.

Advanced Computer Applications

    This class is for grades 10 through 12. In this class, the student will use Microsoft Office Access to learn database management. Web publishing will also be taught. Special projects on word processing, spreadsheets, slide presentations, and the internet will be assigned.
