Residential Opportunities

The City of Eskridge, through eminent domain/condemnation orders, acquired the following properties located within the limits of the City:

 

Lots one (1) and two (2), block 35; Commonly known as 401 S. Locust Street

 The governing body of Eskridge invites the public to submit proposals to purchase the properties.  The proposal should include the following:

1.      Amount of offer

2.      What you propose to do with the property if acquired

3.      The time frame in which you will have the property cleaned and any new structures completed.

The City intends to consider these proposals and then negotiate for an agreement with those that, in the sole judgment of the governing body of the City, represent the best interests of the City and its residents.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Business Opportunities

The City of Eskridge has available an Industrial Park located within the limits of the city.  This area is zoned IP-3 (Planned Heavy Industrial) and covers approximately

14 (-/+) acres.  If you are interested, please contact the City Clerk or Mayor.
