Education Service Center The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center at nearby Greenbush is a non-profit organization formed and officially recognized in 1976, with the mission to provide equal educational opportunities for all students. Greenbush serves 80 school districts in Southeast Kansas and Southwest Missouri, making a difference in the lives of nearly 70,000 students, 7,000 teachers, and several thousand community members each year. Voluntary programs designed around customer needs allow school districts to receive services that otherwise would be unavailable, unaffordable, or can be offered more cost-effectively through a cooperative arrangement.
