They are licensed for Medicare and Medicaid and provide a variety of adult care services. These services include Medicare skilled nursing, in-patient rehabilitation through PT, OT and ST, short-term recuperative care and adult daycare. Sabetha Manor works together with the Cobblestone Court, Villa West-on call center to provide step-down care between a hospital stay and the move to home.

Adjacent to the facility is a 99 unit retirement complex, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments. They are connected to the nursing home, so one may walk from the apartments to the nursing facility without leaving the building.
